Establishing a relationship with the Creator of the Universe may seem like an overwhelming
task, but the reality is that having a personal relationship with God is very simple. It is as easy as
A-B- C. The Bible teaches that the forgiveness of sins is a free gift, something that cannot be
earned. If you would like to know that you will spend eternity in Heaven, keep reading.
It’s as Simple as A-B- C
A – Admit that your sins have separated you from God.
“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
“For the wages of sin is death.” Romans 6:23b
B – Believe that Jesus died on the cross for you.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
“But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
C – Call upon Jesus and ask Him to be your Savior.
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even
to them that believe on his name.” John 1:12
There is nothing that we can do to work our way to Heaven. You and I can never live a perfect
life. But Jesus has already done that. He died for our sins, was buried for three days and then
came back to life. The resurrection proves that Jesus is the only way to Heaven! Take the next
step and ask Jesus to forgive your sins and save you.
Dear Jesus,
I understand that You love me no matter what. I believe that You died on the cross because
of my sins. I know I have failed You. I am sorry for my actions and ask You to forgive me. I
receive You as my Savior and trust You to take me to Heaven when I die. Thank You for saving
me today! Amen
